What kinds of patient payment services do you offer?
At this time we accept check, debit, and credit cards. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept Flex or other Insurance cards.
How can I pay my bill?
Online Bill Pay - You may pay your bill using our simple online payment processing system by logging in as a patient.
Telephone Bill Pay – You may call one of our representatives at 877 307 0070. There is no charge to pay using your credit or debit card over the phone.
Mail In a Payment – You may mail in payments to: 7000 Central Parkway, Suite 1250, Atlanta, GA 30328.
I cannot pay the full balance right now. Can I set up a payment plan?
Sure! If you can’t pay the full balance at this time, but would like to arrange a payment plan with one of our friendly representatives, please call us at 877 307 0070. We’ll take the time to understand your unique situation and develop a payment schedule that works for you!
I need to request an itemized statement of my bill. How do I do this?
